1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using InsightGrade, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. About us

InsightGrade is provided by InsightGrade. You are entering into a contract with InsightGrade when you subscribe or otherwise use the service.

3. Description of service

InsightGrade is an online classification and analysis tool for academic discussion posts and threads. It classifies learning depth, generates CAPITAL profiles, performs a bias self-check, and produces structured output for scholarly review.

4. Accounts and authority

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you are using InsightGrade on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. This includes, but is not limited to:

• using InsightGrade for unlawful, fraudulent, or spam-related purposes;
• infringing intellectual property or other third-party rights;
• interfering with security, introducing malware, probing, or scraping the service;
• reverse engineering, reselling, redistributing, or circumventing technical limits;
• uploading content you do not have the right to process or analyse.

6. User content

You retain ownership of the transcripts and other content you upload. You grant InsightGrade a limited, non-exclusive license to host and process that content according to a signed, mutually established Institutional Agreement providing the service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and analyse any content.

7. Intellectual property

InsightGrade retains ownership of the service, software, documentation, branding, and all related intellectual property. Subject to these terms and your selected plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service.

8. Payment and subscriptions

InsightGrade uses Paddle as its online reseller and Merchant of Record. Our order process is conducted by Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You are responsible for all applicable fees and taxes.

9. Refunds

InsightGrade offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests are handled by Paddle. Please see our Refund Policy for details.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Disclaimers

InsightGrade is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. InsightGrade is designed to support scholarly judgement, not replace it.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InsightGrade's aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill, except where liability cannot be excluded by law (such as fraud, death, or personal injury).

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify InsightGrade for claims arising out of your content, unlawful use of the service, or violation of these terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which InsightGrade is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
